In a February game against the Knicks, Bryant scored 61 points to set the record for most points scored in Madison Square Garden. In that season’s All-Star Game, Kobe racked up 27 points with four assists, four rebounds, and four steals to be named the game’s co-MVP with Shaquille O’Neal. In the NBA Finals, Kobe averaged 32.4 points to lead the Lakers past the Utah Jazz, earning himself his first NBA Finals MVP trophy. This 2008-09 throwback road jersey has “LAKERS across the chest above Kobe’s number “8” in gold and white. A size 40 Mitchell and Ness label is sewn in the lower left front tail, and an additional Mitchell and Ness label is inside the collar. The back of the jersey has “BRYANT” and his number “8” in gold and white. The Lakers star has signed the “2” in bold black marker. A Fanatics COA hologram is affixed below.
