Very attractive cut signature presentation of 360 Game winner and 19th Century Hall of Fame Great Charles "Kid" Nichols. Not content with being unable to have a Nichols on a Yellow Hall of Fame postcard someone at sometime very neatly attached a Kid Nichols cut signature across the top of the offered lot. Strong NM-MT PSA/DNA 8 slabbed vintage blue ink signature on about a 1/2" by 3" piece of a cancelled check. A couple of tiny holes from the bank cancellation touch the top and bottom of the letter "C" in Charles. On back has been written where and when he was born and died. A nice 2 1/2" by 2 1/2" drawing of Nichols as a player and at his 1949 induction is also attached.
