There are few things more desirable in the hobby than a Babe Ruth signature. Whether it be on a fresh ball, glossy photo, or a spare scrap of paper, his flowing Catholic school script handwriting is almost as distinctive as his mighty swing or big grin. As the most famous ballplayer in the world, the Babe signed many items over the course of his life, yet among them all, this absolutely exceptional signature cut truly stands above the pack. Flawlessly penned, the Babe’s signature is bold and unfaded, practically leaping off the warm neutral colored paper. There is other writing like the date of the signature above and below the autograph, though its presence does nothing to distract from the visual appeal of this Babe Ruth cut signature. The signature has been encapsulated and graded a near-perfect Mint 9 by PSA/DNA.

Payment for your invoice must clear in full prior to shipping. All items will be shipped from SCP Auctions’ Laguna Niguel, CA office in the order that payments are received. Please allow up to three business days following clearance of payment for items to ship. All items will be shipped UPS/FedEx Ground unless you contact us to discuss an alternative shipping method. Prior to bidding, please be aware of estimated shipping costs, especially for large or heavy lots.
