Julius Erving was an effective endorser of numerous products throughout his career enjoying a particularly successful business relationship with Spalding. Evident by this 17" tall trophy Erving helped the company move a lot of basketballs. The trophy features a real Spalding ball that has been bronzed atop a 11' wide wood base bearing a descriptive placard recognizing "...OVER TWO AND A HALF MILLION 'DR. J' BASKETBALL SOLD DURING THE PAST 13 YEARS WITH SPALDING." The ball has detached from the pedestal atop the base but sits perfectly in place. Fantastic from Doc's personal collection with great display quality.

Payment for your invoice must clear in full prior to shipping. All items will be shipped from SCP Auctions’ Laguna Niguel, CA office in the order that payments are received.
