A small brass plaque almost 3 inches high denotes "1958 All-Eastern Ohio" beneath a 4-inch figural of a player holding a basketball. This was John Havlicek's senior year at Bridgeport High School where he was a three-sport star before heading off to Ohio State and later the NBA. Overall the trophy is 8 inches tall with the figural and the brass plate adorning a wooden base that is 3 inches square at the bottom. Havlicek's striking signature is featured vertically along the wood base a 9/10 example in his inimitable style with the underline flourish from the "J" running the length of the autograph.
