In a tribute to a player who had dashed the hopes of so many Philadelphia 76er fans over the years the team presented this imposing plaque to John Havlicek as he made his final regular-season visit in March of 1978. A brushed silver 5-by-6-inch photograph shows Havlicek passing the ball; a blazing blue Sharpie Havlicek 9/10 autograph appears at the bottom of the image. Raised silver lettering at the top and bottom of the plaque provide details of the salute including the date of March 10 1978. Raised-silver logos of the Celtics and 76ers appear in each of the bottom corners. All elements appear to be in as-issued and problem-free condition. Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from John Havlicek.
