This striking green jersey and shorts from John Havliceks 11th selection as an NBA All-Star shows great game use and has been maintained in nearly perfect condition. Hondo tallied 4 points in the contest a 125-124 squeaker for the West. The Size 44 Milwaukee Sporting Goods and Sand-Knit-tagged jersey boasts a perfect Havlicek autograph in black Sharpie on the 7 on the back of the jersey. Both the jersey and the Size 34 Sand-Knit-tagged shorts are in completely original as-issued condition with no alterations of any kind visible and minimal fraying on piping or embroidered letters or on the intricate screened red-and-white stars and lettering. A 1977 Milwaukee NBA All Star Game Patch is found on the front left leg of the shorts in the same kind of pristine condition. This is a phenomenal piece from an extraordinary era that showcased the brightest stars in the NBA galaxy.
