Before he became a Hall of Fame point guard for the Boston Celtics Jo Jo White was a polished ball handler for the University of Kansas. He became the floor general for the Jayhawks upon his arrival in 1966 and twice was named a consensus NCAA All-American Second Team pick in both 1967-68 and 1968-69. This lot features both of Whites Converse Chuck Taylor All-America Selection plaques. The two 13 wide by 10 high laminated plaques line list the First and Second Team selections per season and are signed by Chuck Taylor himself the famous Converse shoe salesman and company representative.
