With a blazing fastball and unpredictable knuckler Jim Bouton wasn’t known for his skills with a bat. But from the looks of these four gamers it wasn’t for his lack of trying. Each of the four bats have the barrels stamped with “JIM BOUTON” and show great game use. All four have broken handles and exhibit light to moderate coats of pine tar. Each one displays many ball marks and abrasions with cleat imprints and bat rack paint streaks. One has a ring of adhesive tape on the lower handle. Illegible ink writing is found on several of the knob ends.
