Presented is a piece of the old Los Angeles Forum floor that has been autographed by The Logo, Hall of Famer Jerry West. West signed near the center of the piece in bold black permanent marker. The floor piece is painted yellow and a commemorative plate attached reads "ORIGINAL FORUM BASKETBALL COURT Home of the Los Angeles Lakers Six Time NBA World Champions 1972 1980 1982 1985 1987 1988 Home Court Records 889 W 227 L." Accompanied by a Los Angeles Lakers storage box and a Lakers COA. Autograph certified by PSA/DNA.
