1949 Century Club Sports Achievement Dinner Ticket signed on the back "To Jay Rockefeller with best wishes Sincerely Jackie Robinson" in 7/10 looking black steel tip pen ink. Fellow Brooklyn Dodger Hall of Famer Roy Campanella has signed directly below in 8/10 looking dark blue ballpoint pen. Another hand has written below "given to me 1958". Ticket in decent condition crease free with small pin hole at top center.
