Nice pair of Hall of Fame boxing legend Jack Johnson collectibles from the 1930's. The 1938 Churchman's boxing Personalities is graded EX/NM 6 by SGC and is only one of three in the SGC population report. There are also seventeen graded by PSA (highest NM-MT 8 and six NM 7 in circulation). This card has clean white borders and a nice artistic rendering of Johnson in black and white. The 1935-39 United Tobacco card is graded NM 7 by SGC and renders a really nice black and white portrait of Johnson. Clean whiter borders and crystal clear imagery are on display on this particular copy.
