Hard cover copy of Truman's book published in 1955 is noted as a "Special Kansas City Edition Limited to 20615 Copies" in print on interior page. Truman's inscription on the title page reads "To Herman Cowan kindest regards from Harry Truman 1/14/59." Black ink inscription rates 9 out of 10. Book itself grades NM with original dust jacket grading VG-EX/EX. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
