Interesting paddle made by Louisville Slugger and presented to anemic hitting pitcher Hank Aguirre of the Detroit Tigers. Includes period 8x10 photo of Aguirre with the paddle at Thunderbowl lanes in Allen Park Michigan. Photo pictures Aguirre with the paddle while Thunder Bowl owner George Prybyla pretends to toss a bowling ball to him to hit, Al Kaline is "catching". Paddle bat is in NM condition with no evidence of use. Photo has many minor surface wrinkles throughout and a couple heavier creases for a technical grade of G-VG.
Payment for your invoice must clear in full prior to shipping. All items will be shipped from SCP Auctions’ Laguna Niguel, CA office in the order that payments are received. Please allow up to three business days following clearance of payment for items to ship. All items will be shipped UPS/FedEx Ground unless you contact us to discuss an alternative shipping method.
