Offered here in this Winter’s auction are twelve pieces pulled from the clutches of time itself in these unsigned, game-used Spalding baseballs; eight from Warren Giles era as President of the National League and four from the Chub Feeney era.
Both regimes covered some golden days in this history of "The National Pastime."
All 12 balls are appropriately worn but still in excellent condition, and offer a lot of opportunity for fans of the hobby to add some 'period players' autographs on them to their collection with a more authentic look and feel.
