1981 New York Yankee American League Championship 10K gold ring given to Hall of Famer closer Goose Gossage. Gossage was perfect with 5 scoreless innings over 3 games and 2 Saves but the Yankees went down to defeat against the Dodgers 4 games to 2. Beautiful Diamond "NY" resting on a blue stone with "Yankees American League Champions" surrounding. "Gossage" the Yankee logo and "Pride" on one side with "1981" "Tradition" and a raised relief of old Yankee Stadium on the other. "Balfour" and "10K" stamped on the inside. Comes with the original Balfour case. Ring size 9 3/4.
