Beautiful Bulova Accuquartz watch given to Chicago White Sox Hall of Fame closer Goose Gossage for being named The Sporting News American League Fireman of the Year for 1975. In 62 games with Chicago Gossage went 9-8 with a 1.84 ERA and 26 Saves. Engraved on the back is "The Sporting News Rich Gossage American League Fireman of the Year 1975". Printed around the edge is "Bulova Gold Electroplate Bezel Water Resistant 10KT. Rolled Gold Plate Back N4 G815266". Watch has original metal band but is not running.(May need battery) Comes with the original case and box. Great looking watch!
