Nice group of 21 total signed flats including 14 different golf greats nine of whom have been inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame.
Six Hall of Famers have signed 8x10 photos with personalized inscriptions to the collector who procured the autographs in person or through the mail. These are Arnold Palmer (10/10 black marker) Byron Nelson (8-9/10 black marker); Greg Norman "Keep Swinging" (10/10 blue marker) two (2) Lee Trevino "Super Mex" (6/10 & 8/10 black marker) Ben Crenshaw (9/10 black pen) and Hubert Green (7-8/10 red marker). An auto-penned Jack Nicklaus 8x10 photo is also included.
Sam Snead who still holds the record with 82 PGA Tour wins has signed on of his personal 3.5"-by-5.5" postcards in 7/10 blue ballpoint. Byron Nelson has also signed one of the original collector's business cards in 8/10 blue ballpoint. A second Arnie autograph comes on a yellow 2x3.5 notecard in 8-9/10 black marker. Trevino has signed two similar size notecards one inscribed "Super Mex" and the other containing his personal Dallas TX address.
The following nine done on standard 3x5 notecards in various colors and shades ranging 7-9/10 in strength and eye appeal: Hall of Famer Gene Sarazen ("1988"); Norman "92" (with picture of pin flag and putting green in blue); Crenshaw (with personal message); Willie Turnesa; Dave Stockton; Bruce Crampton; Doug Sanders (with personal message); Dow Finsterwald (with personal message); and HOFer Kathy Whitworth.
Includes letter of provenance from the daughter of a longtime MLB executive whose name will be revealed to the winning bidder. Autographs pre-certified by PSA/DNA. *Nicklaus deemed "Autopen".
