Recently inducted Hall of Fame member Frank Thomas was one of the biggest bashers in major league history. Thomas a first baseman and designated hitter in the American League spent the majority of his career playing for the Chicago White Sox but launched his most memorable home run while playing for the Toronto Blue Jays. On June 28 2007 playing against the Minnesota Twins in the Metrodome The Big Hurt hit a first-inning three-run bomb to the left field bleachers off Twins pitcher Carlos Oliva to put the Jays ahead 4-0. The 39-year-old Thomas became just the 21st player in MLB history to crack the 500 home run mark. Perfectly signed 9-10/10 in blue ink across the sweet spot by Thomas complete with his trademark 35 jersey number next to his name this OML game-used baseball from that game includes the inscription: 500 Home Run Game 6/28/07.
