Super Bowl XXXVIII which was held on Feb. 1 2004 at Reliant Stadium in Houston Texas proved to be a slugfest between heavyweight contenders. The AFC Champion New England Patriots were squaring off against the NFC Champion Carolina Panthers and the stage was set for a high-scoring affair. In the end the Patriots led by the steady passing of quarterback Tom Brady (32 of 48 354 yards passing and three touchdowns) outdueled Panthers QB Jake Delhomme 32-29. This lot includes a game-used and specially logoed Super Bowl XXXVIII Wilson football that Brady has signed in black marker on the lower panel. The signature which includes Bradys uniform number 12 underneath it is slightly faded and rates 7-8/10 in our book.

It should be noted that this Super Bowl XXXVIII game-used football signed by MVP Tom Brady helps complete the consignor's incredible collection of Super Bowl I through XLVIII MVP signed balls featured in Lot 1024.

Comes with a Letter of Game-Used Authenticity from PSA/DNA and includes a Letter of Provenance from collector Robert Zweigle.

Autograph pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
