The 1971-72 Topps Basketball set offers a groovy trip back in time. Wilt Chamberlain's #70 card is one of the key stars in the set and features a bright pink background that immediately grabs your attention. Los Angeles is spelled out in bright blue psychedelic lettering above Wilt's image and behind his head.
The example offered here was graded NM 7 by PSA. Poor centering hampers many of the cards in this issue, but this example makes up for it with clean edges and excellent eye appeal. This is an important card for any 1971 Topps basketball set or Wilt the Stilt collector. Radiant!
