Magnificent panoramic photo of the 1921 New York Yankees in Spring Training taken at Shreveport Louisiana on March 10 1921. Crystal clear photo image features all the players in uniform without hats posed in front of an old wooden grandstand. Babe Ruth is seated prominently in the front row 6 players over front the left side. At bottom center is printed "NEW YORK "YANKEES" TRAINING AT SHREVEPORT-LA MCH 10TH 1921". Visible portion of panorama measures 27 1/8" by 8" and has been beautifully framed and matted to an overall size of 36 1/2" by 18 1/8". Heavy crease at left center edge up through the top with heavier crease at the lower right edge that results in a small loss of paper. Neither crease disrupts a player image. Lower left corner has "PHOTO BY M. C. MAYBERRY FOR MAX AUTREY CO. SHREVEPORT LA". Awesome looking display piece!
