After his MLB playing days were over former Los Angeles Dodgers pitching great Don Drysdale used to host an annual golf event. In 1988 he started his very own Hall of Fame Golf Classic which was played every year in Palm Desert California. Even after his untimely death in 1993 the event brought together the best of the best from a multitude of sports. This lot features a Don Drysdale Hall of Fame Golf Classic branded gold bag thats been signed by 35 different Hall of Fame inductees across various athletic pursuits. The white leather bag which stands 36 tall includes autographs in blue marker from such notable Hall of Famers as Otto Graham Ray Nitschke George Blanda Jim Taylor Gale Sayers Paul Warfield Rod Laver Deacon Jones Willie McCovey Ernie Banks Brooks Robinson Robin Roberts Glenn Davis Al Kaline Pancho Gonzales Rick Barry Johnny Bench and of course Don Drysdale.
