The 1998 Yankees finished the regular season with a 114-48 record. The Yankees would sweep the Texas Rangers in the American League Division Series win the American League pennant by beating the Cleveland Indians four games to two and swept the San Diego Padres to capture their 24th World Series. This Yankee jersey commemorates the best record of all time with a patch "Most wins in baseball history 125-50". The jersey is signed by Derek Jeter in blue felt tip pen with the "125-50" inscription. The autograph is clear and shows no signs of bleeding and would rate a 8-9/10. The patch also states this is a "ltd edt of 12". Below the patch in blue pen are the numbers 6/12. If you are a Yankee fan or Jeter fan or just a fan of great baseball accomplishments you will want to get your bid in on the unique item.
