Few Boston sports heroes more beloved than Bobby Orr... and that's really saying something.

Presented here is the Boston Bruin hockey icon on his first Sports Illustrated cover in 1967. How many hockey hopefuls in New England and Canada had this image adorning their bulletin boards or bedroom walls at the time?

Well, while those are tattered and gone, this thankfully this well-preserved, high grade CGC 6.0 full magazine is here for the taking.

This is a riviting image of Orr, appearing as hockey royalty in his Bruins threads, reading for action, bloody nose and all.
