This offering exemplifies the strength and will of a Boston community that has been through several crises dating back to the Revolutionary War. The Boston Marathon Bombing in 2013 was one of the most tragic acts of terror on American soil since 9/11. First responders and law enforcement were on high alert and did more than fullfill their civic duties during the aftermath of the heinous act. The rest of the nation mourned for the Boston community and runners who perished or were injured. The Boston community came together and it wasn't long after the bombing that "BOSTON STRONG" became a national slogan used to lift up Bostonians and those who were impacted. The Boston Strong slogan represents more than just an uplifting of a community it reflects a sentiment of defiance and opposition to evil in the world.
This dual-signed David Ortiz and Tom Brady Boston Red Sox store model Majestic jersey is more than just a great piece of sports memorabilia; it represents community strength honor and unity. Ortiz' autograph and "Boston Strong" inscription and Brady's autograph are done in matching 8/10 black marker on the front. Back is blank white.
