Circa 1970 Reggie Jackson Louisville Slugger signature model S2 game used bat from early in the Oakland Athletic Hall of Famers major league career. Bat is 34" long weighs 32 ounces. "RJS 4" stamped on the knob. Some pine tar residue still on handle. Bat is cracked but still holds together nicely and displays very well. Cracked bat shows tremendous use including ball marks, cleat and rack marks. Also included is a short letter from the consignor telling about how celebrities and athletes often visited the store in which she worked and how she originally obtained the bat back in 1971.
