Circa 1960 running back Rick Casares Chicago Bears game worn road jersey. Casares played for the Bears from 1955 through 1964 making the Pro Bowl 5 times. Large "35" in dark blue with orange trim sewn on both front and back. Smaller "35" in blue with orange trim sewn on both sleeves. Dark blue trim around collar with orange white and blue on both sleeves. Size 46 and "King-O'Shea" tags on side at bottom next to seam. Jersey exhibits very heavy use especially noticeable at numbers and several team repairs. Still displays well for it's use.
Circa early 1960's Chicago Bears game worn home jersey. Large "68" in white with orange trim sewn on both front and back. Three orange stripes on both sleeves. "Wilson Size 48" tag at bottom of front tail. Jersey has an incredible amount of use and wear. Numerous team repairs some very extensive are present with loss of white on numbers and fabric at ends of sleeves. Very very heavy use.
Jerseys were originally obtained by the consignor's brother who grew up close to Wrigley Field in Chicago and became friends with a number of Players. Both jerseys were given to him by the players themselves.
