Classic circa 1980 gamer here from gaurd/forward Junior Bridgeman a truly important and very popular player in Milwaukee Bucks club history. Bridgeman was a veteran of 12 NBA seasons who ended his career with a 13.6 scoring average and wound up having his famed No. 2 jersey retired by the Bucks. He put up a career-best 17.6 ppg during the 1979-80 season when he most likely sported this road shirt. His post-NBA stats are even more amazing earning several hundred million dollars while franchising more than 100 Wendy's restaurants around the country.
This sharp jersey - a very popular style for collectors - has "BUCKS" heat pressed in red with white border on the front and his No. "2" front and back in the same fashion. "BRIDGEMAN" is heat-pressed to a green nameplate across the back in a semi-circle shape. The Bucks' green shirt has the elastic rib section in multi-green shades and white along with red piping that also adorns the collar and yoke. It has proper Medalist Sand-Knit tagging on the front left tail indicating "Size 40" and "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the MILWAUKEE BUCKS". Shirt displays moderate game usage and remains in excellent all-original condition.
It comes directly from the personal collection of Coby Karl (sonof longtime NBA coach George Karl) who played in the NBA from 2007-10.He received all items from his collection either straight from theplayer or through his father.
