Ron Mix was a former right tackle for the San Diego Chargers who played from 1961 to 1969. This lot features a pair of his circa 1966 San Diego Chargers game worn pants. The bright yellow pants which include proper Russell Athletic tagging on the inside crotch area show evidence of game use with some rips showing at the bottom of the pant legs and some discoloration on the backside. A separate blue belt appears inside the waistband of the zip-up pants. The Chargers old school white stripe with blue outline appears down either pant leg which helped narrow down the year in which Mix donned this particular pair.
