Directly from the family estate collection of Barney Stein comes this 8" by 10" original photo of Jackie Robinson standing on some bleachers in Dodgertown, the team's old Spring Training complex in Vero Beach, FL. Based on his home uniform style with the red numbers on the front, it had to be shot in the 1952-56 era. With a large palm tree in the background and Jackie leaning against his bat like a cane, it looks like a scene out of a magazine or movie. Stein was simply a master of his craft.This classic shot of Jackie was printed off its original negative from the famous Dodgers photographer's camera many years later. The reverse has a Barney Stein stamp.
