If only we knew whose head this vintage circa 1950’s Brooklyn Dodgers cap once sat upon in its heyday. Takes you back to the nostalgia of baseball’s golden post-war period when the Big Apple beamed with crosstown rivalries involving the Bums, Bombers and Giants…Jackie, Mickey and Willie.

The Dodger blue exterior is emblazoned with the classic white "B" in Brooklyn’s patented serif font on the forehead. The interior is properly tagged with "Tim McAuliffe” and “KM Pro Cap” labels along a well-worn and aging headband. The “6-7/8” size is stamped on the headband as well. Black satin spokes reinforcing the crown remain intact. The underside of the brim has deteriorated a bit from wear and age, with some of the green fabric having come apart (easily restorable). Overall, this coveted Brooklyn cap invoking the proud franchise’s storied years of torment and retribution remains comes in good overall condition, demonstrating a level of heavy usage that we can only assume came from a player.
