Offered here is a Babe Ruth #3 Yankee Stadium locker tag. Ruth was larger than life and embodied the American spirit, rising from a juvenile delinquent on the Baltimore waterfront, shunned by his own family, to become the most recognized man in North America. The seven-time World Series champion and the 1923 American League MVP retired with 714 home runs and a career .342 batting average after 22 years of pure dominance. The locker tag displays a heavy use, with some toning and discoloration present on both the obverse and reverse sides. Each word and number engraved in the tag's surface retains clear, unmarred eye appeal.

Payment for your invoice must clear in full prior to shipping. All items will be shipped from SCP Auctions’ Laguna Niguel, CA office in the order that payments are received. Please allow up to three business days following clearance of payment for items to ship. All items will be shipped UPS/FedEx Ground unless you contact us to discuss an alternative shipping method. If you would like your items shipped in a different method, such as UPS/FedEx Next Day or UPSFedEx 2-Day, you must contact our Post Sale Services Manager Veronica Rodriguez by emailing customerservice@scpauctions.com to discuss alternative shipping instructions. Prior to bidding, please be aware of estimated shipping costs, especially for large or heavy lots.
