C. 1896 crystal clear 5" by 7" team cabinet photo of the Temple Cup Champion Baltimore Orioles the team which dominated the 12 team National League from 1894 through 1898 with 3 first and 2 second places finishes. 6 members of the Hall of Fame are pictured in the photo - John J. McGraw Willie Keeler Hugh Jennings Wilbert Robinson Joe Kelley and Ned Hanlon. Cabinet photo is in great condition with no creases just some corner wear and a very light stain to upper right corner. On the back in vintage pencil is written "1896 - Became World Champions by Winning Four Straight Games in Temple Cup Series from Cleveland Pennant Winners National League 1894 1895 1896" and in a different hand with more modern pencil "McGraw Keeler Robinson Jennings". Awesome photo!
