This beauty is Brian Westbrook's game worn and signed jersey from the Philadelphia Eagles' November 18 2007 home game vs. the Miami Dolphins. The Eagles won 17-7 largely behind the big day from their star running back as he carried it 32 times for 148 yards. If you had Westbrook on your fantasy team in 2007 you were handsomely rewarded. He totaled 2104 rushing and receiving yards 12 touchdowns and 90 receptions. What a monster season!
This size 48 L green Reebok jersey is special in Philadelphia Eagles lore as 2007 marked the 75th anniversary of the franchise. Thus a gorgeous commemorative patch honoring this milestone is sewn on the front just over the left clavicle. The nylon mesh green jersey with black trim neck and sleeves features Westbrook's #36 on the front back and shoulders in white tackle twill with gray and black outlines. Westbrook has added his signature and #36 in black marker on the back '6'. Sleeves feature Eagles team logo along with Reebok patch. Sleeves also have elastic hem as does the bottom of the jersey. The NFL Equipment logo patch is sewn below neck with 'EAGLES' logo patch just below that. On back is 'WESTBROOK' stitched in white tackle twill with black outline on a green nameplate. There is a J.O. Sports tag with "Brian Westbrook 11/18/07 vs. Miami Dolphins" and hologram sticker on front inside left attached to back of Reebok tag sewn to outside. '07-48 L' tagging sewn inside neck indicates year worn and size.
The jersey shows moderate game use. Light grass/dirt stains appear on white numbers front and back. Three distinct chalk/paint marks on the back right shoulder and one between the "ST" in his name on back. Fraying present on the bottom sides around the elastic.
Comes with an LOA from Brian Westbrook himself (with photo provenance) as well as an LOA from J.O. Sports Inc.
