The New York Yankees won the American League Championship before losing an exciting 7 game World Series to the Arizona Diamondbacks. McNamee is best known as the former personal trainer/strength coach who was the key prosecution central witness in the perjury trial of Roger Clemens over his alleged HGH steroid use. The ring is made of 14K solid gold with real diamonds exactly the same size as the real ones. It was made for and one-time owned by McNamee. There are no markings on the inside of the ring but it has been tested and confirmed as solid 14K gold weighing over 63 grams. All the diamonds have tested as real. McNamee's name is on the side above the Yankee logo. Ring comes with a beautiful original New York Yankees wood presentation box. Size 11 1/4.
