Bret Saberhagen signed and inscribed this game-used ball from his first All-Star appearance an auspicious one at that as he started the game and threw three scoreless innings at the National League. The ball is an Official 1987 All-Star Game ball with official Oakland All-Star Game logo on one panel. The ball shows considerable game use with staining and/or discoloration on each panel; Saberhagen signed on the sweet spot in blue ballpoint and added inscriptions on one panel: "Game-used Starting Pitcher." Comes with an LOA from Bret Saberhagen.
