Autographed Bobby Thomson professional model U1 game used ash bat from the 1956 labeling period. Thomson who hit the famed "Shot Heard Round The World" while a member of the New York Giants in 1951 was with the Milwaukee Braves in 1956. Bat is 35 inches long and weighs 31.4 ounces. "U1" stamped into knob. Bat exhibits an excellent amount of use with a crack on the back handle. Thomson has signed in perfect looking 9-10/10 black felt tip pen to the left of the stamping on the barrel "Bobby Thomson game used". Full LOA from PSA/DNA with a near perfect GU 9 rating. Autograph pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
