Circa 1950's Boston Celtics travel case belonging to Hall of Famer and Celtics legend Bob Cousy. The vintage travel case remains in functioning condition with typical wear and tear from traveling from city to city back in the day. Cousy would have used this travel case en route to road games and quite possibly during his championship years as a Celtic. The case measures 24"x18"x7" in size. "Boston Celtics" can be read along the front side of the case along with a green shamrock. A green "28" has been painted next to the handle denoting Cousy's number. The clasps to open the travel case are in fully functioning condition. The inside of the case features two divider compartments and one large snappable pocket. The Halliburton brand travel case is a unique part of Celtics history and would display excellently in any serious Celtics collection. Weight: 11.4 lbs.
