This piece is in great condition. The frame is put together very well with a photo of the Celtics playing a game and the piece of signed floor below. the signature is done in black and below the signed piece of floor is a label that reads "Bill Russell signed Boston Garden floor piece 11x NBA champion~5x NBA MVP~12x All-star Hall of fame~1974. Item also includes a COA from Hollywood Collectibles Inc.
