Bill Moose Skowron was a fan favorite and the starting first baseman for the New York Yankees from 1954 to 62. After winning back-to-back World Series titles with the Yankees in 1961 and 62 he was dealt to the Dodgers the following season and won another World Series in 1963. This lot includes a collection of eight (8) Hillerich & Bradsby commemorative black bats that Skowron owned representing successful campaigns in each of the seasons: 1956 58 61 62 and 63 World Series champions and 1955 57 and 60 American league champions. As a group the eight bats average near mint condition with many better.
Includes Letter of Authenticity from the Skowron Family.
