Spalding Official League baseball signed on the sweet spot by the immortal New York Yankee Hall of Famer Babe Ruth. Slightly off-white ball with a very nice 6-7/10 black ink signature. Another hand has written "Fred Parker Mayor M. City" in the same ink on the panel below.
