Tiger Woods was at the top of his game and just beginning his run of dominance in the golf world in summer 2000. In August of that year, he won his second consecutive PGA Championship and third consecutive major overall, a feat that was only accomplished by Ben Hogan before. Presented is a display commemorating that achievement. It includes the Sports Illustrated issue from that week signed by Woods in bold black Sharpie. Also a part of the plaque is the Valhalla Golf Club logo, as that was the course that hosted the 2000 PGA Championship. This piece truly honors Woods at a time where he was cementing his legacy as one of the greats at just 24 years old. The autograph has been certified by PSA/DNA (AM07679).
