Excellent assortment of twenty World Series and MLB All-Star press pins, charms, and cufflinks from the Fred Claire Collection. Included in this group are (3) Cincinnati Reds World Series, (3) 1967 All-Star, (2) '72-'74 Oaklands Athletics, (1) 1976 All-Star, (3) 1984 All-Star, (1) 1985 All-Star, (3) Dodgers World Series, (1) Braves World Series, (1) Kansas City Royals World Series, and (2) Baltimore Orioles World Series.
Fred Claire was a longtime member of the Dodgers front office. He was the general manager of the team from 1987 to 1998. After a dismal 1987 season, Claire built the team into a contender overnight. After acquiring players like Kirk Gibson, the Dodgers won the 1988 World Series over the heavily favored Oakland A's in just five games. A portion of the proceeds from each of Claire's items in this auction will go to the City of Hope.
Payment for your invoice must clear in full prior to shipping. All items will be shipped from SCP Auctions’ Laguna Niguel, CA office in the order that payments are received. Please allow up to three business days following clearance of payment for items to ship. All items will be shipped UPS/FedEx Ground unless you contact us to discuss an alternative shipping method.
