Here's a remarkable piece of boxing memorabilia: Angelo Dundee's passport from 1971-76 highlighted by the official stampings and engravings from the legendary trip to Zaire in Africa for Muhammad Ali's Rumble in the Jungle with George Foreman in 1974. It's hardly a surprise that the peripatetic Dundee might have a passport document that makes James Bond look like a sniveling agoraphobic but it's still startling to see all of the travels throughout the globe that the famed trainer undertook in a mere six-year span. The 33/4-by-6-inch United States Passport is in superior condition despite the obvious handling and energetic stamping from surly immigration agents around the world. Even more noteworthy than the literally dozens of stampings indicating travel to Japan Hong Kong Australia Indonesia and even South America is the front section of the tiny book. Dundee signatures appear on pages four and five with the former being the official document page and the latter being applied to a black-and-white photograph of Dundee wearing his traditional dark horn-rimmed glasses. Truly a marvel of boxing ephemera.

Comes with Letter of Authenticity from the Dundee Family.
