As might be expected from the most prolific hitter of this century an Albert Pujols game-used bat shows as much game use as any bat collector might fantasize about in this case ample ball marks cleat marks oodles of pine tar and quite simply an aura of a war stick used by the master of his profession. The 34-inch St. Louis Cardinals Sam Bat also boasts an imposing silver Sharpie Pujols autograph atop Prince Albert's inscription of his fabled No. 5 and his own pronouncement about the bat's provenance adding "Game Used" in the same silver Sharpie. Just to gild the lily a bit or in this instance the bat there are shiny holograms from both Major League Baseball and Albert's distinctive No. 5 attesting to its legitimacy. This bat has such impeccable provenance it could probably be eligible to vote in Pennsylvania.
