This Vikings road jersey shows nothing short of phenomenal game use looking for all the world like the jersey worn by a tenacious runner who might have come up against the top defense in the land and yet still amassing 69 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries as the Vikes fell 27-17 at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh. It was the Vikings first loss of the season (6-1) in a regular-season campaign that would run to 12-4 and an NFC North Division crown. At the V-neck is the NFL Equipment logo shield with VIKINGS block-letter embroidered patch below. At the rear collar is the team Viking patch. Game-day usage is attested to by photo matching from two separate images; the vast arsenal of authentication also includes a sticker attached to the inside tail from J.O. Sports noting game usage from 9/25/09 at Pittsburgh and a Certificate of Authenticity from the Vikings.
