Step back in time to the historic date of September 18, 1965, and immerse yourself in the excitement of the inaugural game of the 1965 New York Jets season and the NFL debut of the legendary Joe Namath with this rare and cherished artifact — a ticket stub from that game. A future Hall of Famer emerged that day, as Namath threw his first career touchdown pass in a 14-10 loss to the Chiefs. Though the Jets would struggle in Namath’s rookie year, it wasn’t long before Broadway Joe led them to the top of the mountain by winning Super Bowl III at the conclusion of the 1968 season.
