The 1972 Miami Dolphins remain the only team in NFL history to finish a perfect season. Pictured here on a Sports Illustrated cover released as that season was getting ready to kick off on August 7, 1972, are running back Jim Kiick and fullback Larry Csonka. The issue was given a strong 8.0 graded by CSG, with only one example graded higher than this one.
