Presented here is a PSA/DNA Type 1 photo of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. catching a TWA flight from New York to Los Angeles. On June 17, 1961, Dr. King embarked on this journey to continue his powerful journey towards change.The following day at the Sports Arena on the USC campus, as Dr. King stood before tens of thousands of eager faces, he carried the weight of a nation's longing for equality. The event was not only a fundraiser but a rallying cry, a call to action to support the Civil Rights movement and challenge the status quo. Dr. King's ability to inspire and mobilize communities was unparalleled. Through his speeches, he ignited a fire within the hearts of individuals from all walks of life, uniting them under the common goal of equality.The tall image between two thick side borders shows the look of true poise and leadership on Dr. King's face. There are no major condition issues, only some common spider creasing on the upper right corner and some color spotting along the bottom border.
